Night Bus
Headlights,
like eyes,
looking straight ahead,
zooming past
Into the Rainbow Vein.
Dreamcoats
they wrap themselves
around
the whispy edges
of the subconscious;
nurturing
14 hours and counting.
As the mind settles down
and the bus chugs along
and always,
the sun rises,
we arrive again at our
‘Final Destination’,
A Moment Of Clarity.
